Dorcas is a public relations and advertising professional, with expertise in politics and diplomatic affairs. She is actively engaged in Tanzania’s political party, Chadema, and its youth wing, Bavicha. Dorcas is the founder of Bavicha Queens, a program under Bavicha that aims to increase the number of young women participating in Tanzania politics and leadership. She also previously served as the Deputy Chairperson of the International Young Democratic Union (IYDU).
