Julián David Basto Espitia

Julián is the National Youth Director of the Colombian Conservative Party. In this role, he gains invaluable insights into the needs and aspirations of the youth across Colombia, enhancing his understanding of national issues. He also contributes to his party as an advisor to the General Secretariat. With experience in citizen participation processes, political training, legislative affairs, and institutional design, Julián is committed to enhancing civic engagement and government transparency.
