As the President of Youth Initiatives Forum in Morocco, Rachid is contributing to the design and implementation of initiatives that aim to enhance democratic processes and encourage active participation in Moroccan civil society. Through organizing workshops and awareness campaigns that focus on democratic principles, civic responsibilities and human rights, Rachid is helping amplify youth voices across Morocco. Rachid previously served as a consultant for the Moucharaka Mouwatina program, supported by the European Union in collaboration with the National Human Rights Council. Throughout his time in this role, he worked to enhance youth skills in advocacy methods and participatory democracy tools.
