Maso is currently pursuing his PhD in Energy and Process Control at the University of Oviedo. With over seven years of experience in academia, civil societies, and government service, Maso advocates for sustainable development, diplomacy, the Bangsamoro cause, and youth empowerment. He is an alumnus of various U.S. government programs including the Kennedy-Lugar Youth Exchange and Study Program and the Young Southeast Asian Leaders Initiative (YSEALI). Additionally, Maso is a fellow of Uppsala University’s International Training on Dialogue and Mediation.
