Wellington founded a youth-led nonprofit organization called Simukaupenye Integrated Youth Academy, which provides mentorship, educational resources, and leadership training to underserved youth. He has also built partnerships with local organizations, universities, and businesses to create an Integrated Incubation Hub with sustainable programs that address the needs of young people. Wellington is the former President of the Southern African Youth Development Council (SAYDC) and Youth Advisory Board Member for USAID Zimbabwe’s Local Works Program.
