Venezuela, Chad, Honduras, Nicaragua, Kosovo and Costa Rica.
Hirst has an master’s degree in sustainable international development
from Brandeis University’s Heller School for Social Policy and
Management.
Bettina Horst
Bettina Horst is a Senior Fellow at the Atlas Economic Research
Foundation in Washington DC. Previously, she was the deputy
director of
Libertad y Desarrollo
, a leading Latin American free-market
think tank based in Santiago, Chile and was a member of the Regional
Council of the Metropolitan Area of Santiago, Chile. She has also
served as the former Chief of the Monetary Area of the Research
Department of the Central Bank in Chile. She has a master’s degree in
Economics and Public Policy from the Universidad Catolica de Chile.
Pedro Afonso del Pino
Pedro Afonso del Pino is a profesor of Constitutional Law at the Central
University of Venezuela. He has also been a professor of Constitutional
Law at Jose Maria Vargas University and taught Political Theory and
Constitutional Law at the University of Monteavila. He has also
been a Research Fellow at the Insitute of Public Law at the Central
University of Venezuela, a member of the Venezuelan Association of
Constitutional Law, and the Director of the National Laity Council
of Venezuela. He is also a Board Member and the Training Director
of the IFEDEC Center for Public Policy since 2007. He received a
specialization in constitutional law from the University of Salamanca
in Spain.
