Fisk holds both a law degree and master’s degree in government from
Georgetown University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of
Tulsa. He is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, as well
as the Council on Foreign Relations.
Carlos Augusto Mesa Diaz
Deputy Solicitor General Carlos Augusto Mesa is an attorney from
the University of Saint Thomas at Bucaramanga in Colombia. He has
served as an officer for the Government Secretary of Santander, as the
Quality and Technical Director of the Ministry of Social Protection, as
an advisor for Congress and as a University Professor.
Juan Pablo Remolina Pulido
Juan Pablo Remonlina Pulido is the Deputy Attorney Advisor for
Decentralization and Territorial Entities in Colombia. Previously,
he was the Executive Director and co-founder of the Public Policy
Observatory of Bucaramanga, DEMÓQUIRA, a university professor,
and a columnist and analyst for the newspaper
Liberal Vanguard
.
Remolina has a master’s degree in public affairs from the Paris Institute
of Political Studies (Sciences Po), and a bachelor’s degree in government
and international relations from the External University of Colombia
with a specialty in public management and territorial development.
